Admission Process
01. Admission requirements
• Students must have successfully completed their previous grade level to be placed in the next grade level at the start of the academic year in September.
• Kindergarten students are subject to an academic assessment.
• Assessment exams in English & Math for elementary, middle and high school student applicants.
• Parents must complete the application form at the school. The staff will assist with the details.
02. Required Documents
• Copies of the student’s school reports for both the current and previous year. Certified by the Turkish Ministry of Education.
• Student photo {passport size taken, within the last 6 months}.
• Valid passport copies of student, and parents.
• Valid Turkish residency of student and parents.
• Student health record.
• Custody or guardianship documents incase parents are separated or divorced with passport and residency of legal guardian.
03. Student grade placement
• Kindergarten students will be placed according to their date of birth. The preschool education system in Turkey requires KG1 students to be 4 years old. GR1 students: 6 years old.
• Candidates will be placed based on their previous educational records.
• Upon receiving your application, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an assessment date. The Academic Administration will then decide the student’s grade level, considering the student’s academic, social and emotional development.
